If nobody else has a better idea, you might call the Assistant U.S. Trustee
for that district and ask for a couple of names and phone numbers. They
can't recommend a specific counsel but they shouldn't have any trouble just
passing on some names. You can be sure they will mention good attorneys
because they will have to deal with the work he/she will put out.
