[CLBS] Post Petition Default Ch 13 Question

Dear All: 

 

I have a client who entered into a Chapter 13 plan last year. They had a
leased vehicle, the lease ended in March of this year. Upon turning in the
vehicle at the end of the lease, they were in default on the lease payments.
This is the first situation I've had of this nature. Any thoughts/advice?
