[CLBS] Washington homestead law

As I recall Harris, the court ruled that Idaho's homestead exemption could
not be used on a house located in WA (I further recall the court ruled WA's
homestead exemption was not available to the debtors but for reasons other
than its extra-territorial effect). I'm asking just the opposite.

No; that's the Harris decision.

WA Trustees:
Does the WA homestead exemption statute have extra-territorial effect?
Specifically, can an Idaho resident with a house in Idaho use the WA
homestead exemption on the house?
