[CLBS] Chapter 13 Motions to Dismiss for Failure to Turn Over 2011 Tax Returns

On Friday we filed almost 400 motions to dismiss for failure to provide the
Trustee with copies of 2011 tax returns. As we receive the returns we will
withdraw the motions to dismiss. If your debtor does not have a filing
requirement for 2011 then we will need an affidavit. Please send copies of
the returns or affidavits to documents13 at qwestoffice.net rather than to
myself or the Trustee in order to ensure that we withdraw our motion.
