Folks:

 

For anyone following the DBSI litigation, attached is a brand new Idaho BK
Court decision.  While the decision deals with (yet another) failed Rule 12
motion, the fact section gives a good snap-shot of what DBSI has been
accused of doing.  Also, for the first time in Idaho Bankruptcy history, the
word "compendious" is used in a written opinion (at least as far as I can
tell).  Enjoy.
