Subject: [CLBS] Halinga - 522(o) decision

Everyone:

I happened to see that the Court issued its decision in Halinga. The case is important because it happens to be the first 522(o) case in our district (to the best of my knowledge). It's an interesting read on how to analyze the issue and it's attached.

Sincerely,
