[CLBS] Original Signatures

I was hoping ford would say to keep the paper copy since I work for a company that makes paper. Absent the specific bankruptcy requirement of keeping the signed originals, the general rule applying since bill Clinton signed the electronic signature act (and similar state laws) is that the original of agreements does not need to be kept. In fact, when we get signed originals of agreements in, my secretary routinely makes a PDF and throws the original into the recycling bin. But I think there is a specific rule regarding the keeping of the debtors signature in bankruptcy filings.

Listmates,
I am in the process of going paperless, but was curious. Do I need to retain the original hard copy signatures or does a scanned original suffice?
