[CLBS] ECF Password Change Problems?

Dear All:

I changed my ECF password after the reset and I am now unable to login. I
need to file a Motion to Convert but the system will not allow me to login
and repeated calls to the "help" desk that it suggests have gone unanswered
and unreturned. We've also tried resetting the password a second time and
attempting login with the same complications. Is anyone else having
problems and are there any suggestions for getting something filed in the
meantime?
