[CLBS] University of Utah Medical Bill-dischargeability?

This is more historical than legal, but they have never stopped treating my
clients after a bankruptcy and I discussed with the attorney generals in
Utah handling the debt both times. They have never pursued the
dischargeability of the debt, although they have indicated they might look
at in a high asset case based on medical lien rights. My clients had
chronic back and kidney ailments, respectively, both owing 6 figure bills
to the University of Utah, if that helps at all.
