Folks:

 

I'm told my office received a couple of calls yesterday from debtors and/or
creditors asking whether 341 meetings were still being held.  Please
reinforce with your clients that the government shutdown is NOT affecting
341 meetings or any other aspect of the Bankruptcy process until we hear
otherwise.  Debtors and creditors should proceed as they always would in a
given case.  There is a notice on the District Court web site that may be
helpful.  Thanks.
