Correct, BUT under the BK Rules, see 7004(h) because just service on the
designated agent isn't enough.  Judge Myers pointed that out to me several
years ago that we also must serve AN OFFICER of an insured institution
(which they almost all are) by CERTIFIED mail, in addition to anything else
we do save for the three exceptions in (h).
