On the off chance that I am not the only one who was not fully aware of this
decision, I am posting the link.

 

For anyone who does PI or Med-Mal, this is potentially a huge problem.
Essentially, if a potential claim is not timely disclosed in the bankruptcy,
it is dead.  There is no opportunity to reopen the bankruptcy and add the
claim later.  I have to be waaaay better about asking for bankruptcy and
potential bankruptcy information from my clients, and documenting that I did
so.  Read it and weep.
