Listmates:

I am going to be suing Wells Fargo as a junior lienholder in a judicial
foreclosure.  

 

The WF entity that is the lender is Wells Fargo Bank, NA, which is listed
with the Idaho Secretary of State, although as a banking institution it
appears it does not need to send in annual reports.  The Certificate of
Authority is from 2004, but only tells what the initial Registered Agent was
way back when.

 

The WF entity that is the Trustee on WF's Deed of Trust is Wells Fargo
Financial National Bank, which is not listed with the Secretary of State,
although there is a Wells Fargo Financial Idaho, Inc., which shows a current
Registered Agent, which happens to be the same one as WFBNA's in 2004.

 

Does anybody out there represent Wells Fargo, or otherwise know enough about
it to help me regarding proper service on these "two" entities?
