[CLBS] FW: ALPS Coverage

Question on prof liability coverage.  Trying to renew with ALPS and have
brought in an "of counsel" attorney who uses and works through his solo
member PA, both of which are contractually bound by  our Of Counsel
Agreement to offer all and only legal services through our multi
attorney firm.  Have gone around and around with   ALPS which says our
new bid will cover the attorney but won't cover his solo member PA.
ALPS says the only way to get coverage for solo member PA is to buy a
separate policy.  That seems like double coverage.

 

Have any of you dealt with this problem and if so what is the solution
short of buying the second policy or not using the PA?
