Dear Listmates,
I have a friend who recent moved from Oregon to Idaho.  He has a home in Portland that is in the process of a short sale.  Over the holidays he returned to Portland to move the balance of his belongings only to discover that while he has been away the Bank assumed that the home had been abandoned and hired someone to remove all his belongings.  The Bank now refuses to discuss the matter with him.

Can anyone refer me to someone in Portland or the surrounding area that would be able to assist?
