[CLBS] Bankruptcy Seminar Changes

Dear List Mates:

Marty Martelle, who was slated to give us a presentation on tax issues at
the Winter Bankruptcy Conference later this week, had a heart attack over
the weekend and will not be able to attend.  US Trustee David Newman will
take Marty's slot and discuss employment and compensation of professionals.
Also, Judge Kirscher from the District of Montana will not be joining us
this year due to a family emergency.  Nonetheless, we have a terrific
program with lots of great speakers.  See you soon!
