[CLBS] 341 Hearing

Can your debtor complete debtor education via telephone from jail? Highly unlikely due to time limits but perhaps it would work. Also, inmates sometimes have computer access because a client of mine tried to get me to sign up for visits via a web portal. It’s probably worth inquiring with the jail about.

Good luck!

The charges are serious and there is little likelihood that the arrested spouse will be released. The jailed spouse will not be able to attend the 341 hearing or have the ability to take the debtor education class from jail.
