[CLBS] National Data Center (NDC) will be Boise June 9 & 10

On Monday and Tuesday next week my office is hosting the staff of the National Data Center (NDC).  NDC is the organization that gathers all Chapter 13 Debtor information in one place and makes it available for our Debtors and their attorneys.  Their website is extremely valuable as Debtors and attorneys can use it to verify that payments were received, check claims to verify they are correct, and monitor the balances due on their claims.  Attorneys appreciate having the information available 24/7 and the fact their clients have access to their personal information which alleviates them from having to track it down for them.  Personal information is protected and the information is only available to a party in interest.
NDC also contributes to numerous educational activities within our industry.
The NDC is celebrating their 10th year in business this year.  After offering a service to our industry for ten years we thought it would be helpful if they could actually meet with Debtors' attorneys and Debtors to understand their needs and concerns.
The NDC staff will be observing 341 meetings on June 9th and attending court on the Chapter 13 calendar on June 10th.  For those of you who are not currently using their website we will be offering demonstrations during and after the creditors meetings  on June  9, 2014 in the adjoining room at the 341 meeting room in Boise.  Demonstrations will start at 11:00 am and run until we are finished.
We will also bring a laptop to the Courthouse on Tuesday and will be available before and after court for demonstrations as well.
