It seems that Paragraph (e) of the holding provides remedies to hold the debtor accountable for his "egregious misconduct;"  and the last page of the decision suggests dismissal of the debtor's case.  You don't agree that the dismissing the debtor's case and not granting a discharge because of his scumbag-type behavior is adequate?

On another note, I'm not so sure that I'd want to be on the wrong side of someone with the surname "Siegel" unless I'm sure that he's not in any close way related to Benjamin:~)
