[CLBS] Reinstate question

I have an order on a motion to dismiss a ch. 13. However, I have spoken with client and trustee and we would like to reinstate. The clerk closed the case 3/21/14, I thought there was a ten day time limit from the date of the order to the date of closing the case, the order was entered 3/13/14. Am I wrong? Wouldn't the actual day of closing be Sunday 3/23 and therefore Monday 3/24. Any insight would be helpful.
