Thank you.

Subject: [CLBS] Bankruptcy Form Book

?Everyone:

I am a board member for the Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Section. We are
currently discussing the idea of a bankruptcy form book and we thought we'd
see what the section thought about the merits of this idea. The idea behind
the form book is to have a place to go to in order to find a template for
various motions that you inevitably need during the life of a case such as
motions to avoid judicial liens, extend the automatic stay, object to a
proof of claim, convert a case, vacate a discharge, modify a plan, etc.
(It's not a book about how to fill out the petition and schedules).
Ultimately I'd like to see the form book cover chapter 7, 11 and 13.
However, this project would take up board resources. As members of the CLB
section, what are you thoughts on the idea of a bankruptcy form book? Do you
even want one?

This topic is coming up for discussion at our next board meeting on the 19th
and I'd love some feedback from you guys before then.

Sincerely,

Alexandra Caval
