Randy, would you please let the list serve know that the U.S. Trustee Program has changed its policy regarding Chapter 13 Trustee fees.  Ms. McCallister's announcement is consistent with the new policy.

Is anyone aware of any statement from  the UST as to such a change in policy, particularly in light of the decision in Dickens?

Here is a case from July on this issue.  Does anyone know where Idaho or the 9th Circuit stands on this?
