Any opinions if a creditor's failure to file with State Court (includes
State Repository) statement that debtor's judgment was discharged in
bankruptcy a violation of the Order of Discharge? Such judgments appearing
in the public record can adversely affect a debtor's employment/rental/etc
opportunities.
Has anyone demanded a creditor to correct the court judgment records? It is
done with the credit reporting services for debtor's after discharge.
Thanks.
