We sold the Harrison-Frank agency several years ago when I was representing
Bernie Rakozy.  There were cases at the time (maybe still are) that said a
trustee could sell it, non-assignable or not, and Judge Hagan so ruled.  We
had two agencies who wanted that one, and got into a bidding situation, so
we did OK.

Any input on valuing an insurance agent's book of business?  It seems they
are valued for loan purposes very high, but in reality they are non
assignable?
