I met this morning with Erin Webb, our ridiculously talented bankruptcy paralegal.  Erin pointed out that the former chapter 13 plan (2/1/13) spelled bankruptcy "bankrupty" for the last three years,  at the top of page 11, in section 9.
She then pointed out that the new plan, which seems to include some substantive improvements, nostalgically retained the incorrect spelling-- bankrupty--at the same location as the previous plan.

Perhaps this casual attention to detail puts a more human face on chapter
13 practitioners.  I can say that  I never noticed this problem (probably be cause Erin did not include the misspelled "bankrupty" in any of our plans.  Perhaps that's what happened in all of your offices as well.

But for those of you who didn't notice, the plan is not quite perfect and just needs a little tweak.before you use it.  I think there used to be more journalists in the Bar.
