I am shocked to hear of Ken's passing. Not seeing him as often as those who practice up North, he appeared active and vibrant the last time I saw him at the section conference, He was, as you have all said, a very generous and intelligent lawyer who gave his clients his very best and devoted himself to the section. I will miss his newsletters and insightful comments. My sincere regrets and condolences to his family. He epitomized what was best about the section and the "listserve" in particular.
