[CLBS] Ken Anderson's obituary

I read with sadness the news regarding Ken Anderson.  I am truly sorry to see this news and concur with the comments made about him.  I am personally familiar with the efforts Ken made on behalf of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section over the years not only serving on its board but also in presenting cle's and mentoring many aspiring University of Idaho Law students.  His efforts were tireless and commendable.  We have truly lost a good friend and great example for us all.  

That is an excellent suggestion that the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section should provide some recognition to his grieving family to give back a token of what he gave of his time and talent over so many years.

Ken was a wonderful man, mentor, teacher and lawyer. He set the bar very high and made us all better lawyers. His kindness and wealth of knowledge will be greatly missed. Fly with the angels Ken.
