[CLBS] Undocumented immigrant and bankruptcy

 I have a client who is in need of bankruptcy relief, however, the debts and his employment are all under his fake social security number, but he files taxes under a valid Tax ID Number.    We are especially concerned because he needs to file chapter 13 and the trustee will garnish wages through his employer.  If we file the bankruptcy using the TIN the employer will notice a problem, if we file using the fake social security number, he won't have proof for the meeting of creditors.  Is there a way to make bankruptcy (chapter 13 or 7) work for him?
