The incredible joy of ch 13 is that sec 1325 tells you what the plan must
say. The form of plan is not binding in any sense, which is why asterisks
are available for any paragraph in the plan. If you pay the priority claims
from a sale of an asset, you may just need to be persuasive that there will
be enough money from the proceeds of sale, with monthly payments if
necessary, to pay the priority claim in full.
That's my story and I am sticking to it.

Priority taxes have to be paid in periodic payments within 5 years the
petition date in Chapter 11 cases. What do you guys do with that "periodic
payment" language when you need to pay the priority taxes as a lump sum from
the sale of an asset?
