The following is being posted at the request of David Newman:

 “Effective immediately, Gary Rainsdon will be appointed as a chapter 12 trustee on a case by case basis in cases newly filed in Boise or Pocatello.  Gary Rainsdon will likely become a successor trustee in some pending chapter 12 cases.  In such cases, a notice of appointment of successor trustee will be filed with the court.  Forrest may continue to serve as a chapter 12 trustee in some pending cases.  Those who have pending chapter 12 cases should contact Forrest or Gary for further information.  I want to thank Forrest for his many years of dedicated service and wish him the very best in his retirement.  We look forward to Gary’s service as a chapter12 trustee.”
