[CLBS] Annual Bankruptcy Seminar 2017

The annual seminar is set in Coeur d'Alene for February 9-11, 2017, I
believe.  In the next few weeks, you will receive a more formal notice from
the State Bar on that date and location.

 

Savi Grewal is putting together the seminar this year.  She is looking for a
few more speakers and topics.  In particular, she is looking for a topic and
a presenter for a presentation on ethics.

 

Aside from the pleasure, recognition from your peers  and professional
growth in putting together a presentation on a topic, there are many other
benefits to participating.  Some of those benefits include having the
section pay for a presenter's room, having a presenter's registration fee
waived, and attendance at the speaker's dinner on Thursday night with the
other presenters and board members.   You also get additional CLE credits
for your presentation.

 

Please provide any ideas you have to any member of the Board for topics to
be presented at the seminar.  If you would like to present on a topic,
please contact Savi Grewal at her email address, grewal at ghslawoffice.com,
with your ideas or suggestions.
