NOTICE

Change in Twin Falls Bankruptcy Court Hearing Location

Effective January 1, 2017, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho will no longer conduct court hearings at the Snake River Adjudication Building in Twin Falls. Unless otherwise directed by the court, all bankruptcy court hearings for cases assigned to the eastern division* will be held at the US. District and Bankruptcy Courthouse located at 801 E. Sherman St., Room 119, in Pocatello.

Debtors or retained counsel in Chapter 13 proceedings that would have otherwise had hearings assigned to the Twin Falls location may, on a case-by-case basis, request the Chapter 13 confirmation hearing be held at the Boise courthouse. Such requests must be made to the Pocatello clerk's office at (208) 478-4123 immediately after the filing of the Chapter 13 petition.

This change does not impact the Twin Falls location for the 341(a) First Meetings of Creditors. These meetings will continue to be held at the Old Jerome County Courthouse.
