[CLBS] VA claim

Listmates:

Potential client believes he currently has a claim of about 65k against the
VA. Over the past few years he has been paid at 70% of his salary, but he
believes he should have been paid at 100%. Doing the math that comes out to
roughly the 65k he believes he is owed. Is that exempt in a chapter 7 BK?

I have had plenty of worker's comp and social security cases and I know
those are exempt, however I have never had a VA claim if this nature and
would love some help. Thank you, Dave Brown
