Colleagues,

Goller Publishing published the Idaho Bankruptcy Court Reporter ("IBCR") for
decades.  The reporter contains written decisions of the judges of the
United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Idaho, and some
bankruptcy decisions of the judges of the District Court.

The principals of Goller Publishing recently retired.  Goller is no longer
publishing the IBCR.

Using funds provided by the members of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy
Section, the Section recently purchased the entire IBCR database.  The
decisions are now available to you free of charge over the Internet through
Casemaker at the Idaho State Bar website.

You will need your user name and password to access the database.  Your user
name is your bar number.  If you don't already know your password, you will
need to contact the Idaho State Bar, which created your password.

The database contains a search function.  If you wish to find a case by its
citation, type in the citation in this form, e.g.:  "08.3 I.B.C.R. 87" (with
the quotation marks).

Please give your feedback, if any, to the Section board members, who are
