[CLBS] Student loan issue

I hope I'm remembering this correctly from the seminar.  I recall a case
being discussed where a somewhat dubious "student loan" was never actually
received by the debtor, so the debt was found dischargeable, but I can't
seem to find it now.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?  Thanks
