[CLBS] Need sample ex parte motion re exceeding line item of cash collateral budget for emergency repairs

Secured lender won't approve approx. $5K excess budget for line item for
emergency repair of trucks. I need to go in ex parte to get permission to
exceed budget. Does anyone have a sample?
