Dear List Mates,
It is with great sadness that I pass on the news that Forrest Hymas passed away yesterday.  I understand that memorial services will be held between Christmas and New Year’s to accommodate college schedules and family travel needs.  Not only has Forrest been a fantastic trustee to work with, but a genuine friend to all members of our Section and Bar.  He will be deeply missed.
