Rob, would you please forward the following to the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section list serve? Thank you.
I am pleased to announce that S. Alex Shay has now joined the United States Trustee’s Boise Office as a trial attorney. Alex comes to the U.S. Trustee’s Office through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. He recently graduated from West Virginia University College of Law. While in law school, Alex clerked for Steptoe & Johnson, PLLC. He also co-authored a law review article with Dean Joshua Fershee, of the West Virginia College of Law, entitled, Horizontal Drilling, Vertical Problems: Property Law Challenges from the Marcellus Shale Boom, which will be published in the John Marshall Law Review this year. He received his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University where he graduated cum laude. Prior to attending West Virginia University, he served as a crew chief in the U.S. Air Force and was deployed several times. I thank Alex for his service to our Country and look forward to the many contributions he will make as he serves in the United States Trustee Program.
Respectfully,
David W. Newman
