I am ready to file a Motion Seeking Contempt Citation for violation of the discharge injunction in a closed no-asset no-bar date Chapter 7 case. Neither the alleged creditor nor her state-court lawyer nor the offending law firm were listed in the debtor’s schedules. I am not concerned about the law firm/business entity because it has a statutory agent, but I want to ensure that I do not mess up service on the contemnors. I’m not sure if I need to serve pursuant to rules regarding a summons and complaint or if service can be perfected via another manner.

Can anyone point me to a rule that addresses service in such an instance?
