[CLBS] Divorce decree debt issues ahead of confirmation of Ch.13 plan

Has anyone had to make a motion to overrule an ex-spouse's objection to
confirmation while simultaneously asking the Court to determine the divorce
decree debts fall within the scope of 523(a)(15) (rather than 523(a)(5)
prior to confirmation? I want to deal with the ex-spouse's objection and
also obtain certainty for my client regarding the dischargeability of his
claims upon completion of her plan.

In this case, the ex-spouse filed a pro se objection to confirmation that
raised questions of how certain divorce decree debts should be
characterized (between 523(a)(5) and 523(a)(15)). I'd appreciate the chance
the chat with anyone who has had any experience dealing with such an
objection prior to confirmation. I have an idea of how to tackle these
issues, but all parties will have to travel a significant distance for the
hearing and I want to make sure I do everything I can to handle the
proceedings as efficiently and fairly as possible.

Thank you!
