[CLBS] Appointment of Chapter 12 Standing Trustee

Gail B. Geiger, the Acting United States Trustee for Region 18, has appointed Gary L. Rainsdon as a standing chapter 12 trustee for the District of Idaho, effective February 1, 2017.  Mr. Rainsdon will be appointed as the chapter 12 trustee in cases filed in the southern part of the District of Idaho.  Mr. Rainsdon has served on the panel of chapter 7 trustees in the District of Idaho since 2005 and he will continue to serve as a chapter 7 panel trustee.  Prior to 2005, Mr. Rainsdon worked in banking where he obtained experience in agricultural lending and he currently operates a farming business.  Mr. Rainsdon expects to complete a Master of Business Administration degree this year.  He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Idaho State University, where he graduated with honors.
