[CLBS] Mesh Settlement against manu NOT property of estate

Ms. Twomey forwarded this Kansas case due to the conversation/discussion at
the Seminar earlier this year.

Ch 13 completed and discharged, 5 days later mesh implanted, case
administratively closed 63 days later, mesh defect discovered more than a
year later.
