[CLBS] bifurcating a case and then converting spouse to a chapter 7

Would someone be willing to share pleadings on bifurcating a joint chapter 13 into a chapter 13 for wife and then converting husband to a 7?

I get the conversion part under 1307, but not how I get the case into two cases?
