[CLBS] Vacancy Announcement

[D. Blair Clark]

To be grammatically correct, he hasn't retired YET.  His term runs through
3/22/18.  His announcement said that he intends to retire as a 'full time
judge.'  He and Chief Judge Myers will request that he be authorized to
serve as a part-time 'recalled' judge on an 'as-needed' basis.  This will
make 28 years he's been on the bench.
