Good morning all and Happy Monday!

They say there is no such thing as a free lunch and that is probably true but this will come pretty close. As Mr. Maynes has previously advised, the Rules Committee really wants to hear back from the debtors and creditors bar as to whether we are going to use the national plan or adjust our local form to comply with the rule changes. Therefore I am going to host two lunches for anyone who is interested to attend and discuss.

The first lunch will be in Boise on May 17th at 12:15 pm at the courthouse immediately preceding Judge Myers May 17th Chapter 13 calendar.
The second lunch will be in Pocatello on May 23rd at 12:15 pm at the courthouse immediately preceding Judge Pappas May 23rd Chapter 13 calendar.

If you plan to attend please contact Shawna at my office to register so I make sure that I have the correct amount of sandwiches and beverages. She can be reached at 208-922-5100 or email at shawna at kam13trustee.com<mailto:shawna at kam13trustee.com>

Those practitioners in the north feel free to call me to discuss, attend one of the lunches, or contact Mr. Zimmerman with your thoughts.
