Dear List Mates:

I believe there is a decision on point, but can't remember its name. Any
help is appreciated.

Do 401(K) funds lose all exemption claims under Idaho bankruptcy exemptions
if debtor borrows from his 401(k) and then has the loaned proceeds deposited
in his checking account?

Thanks.
