[CLBS] Exemption Question

Is anyone aware of any court decision addressing whether employee income, which might otherwise be exempt from a garnishment served on the employer, that is deposited into a checking account is or is not subject to garnishment on the checking account (i.e. the exemption is no longer applicable)?
