The statute of limitations begins to run on the date STATED as the Maturity Date under Idaho law, not the accelerated due date.  Baughman v. Wells Fargo Bank (Idaho Supreme Court, May 26, 2017 - attached).  Let me know if you have any questions about this decision and I can provide my two cents.
