[CLBS] Idaho Supreme Court Case

The Idaho Supreme Court issued  the opinion on October 31 holding that the granting of stay relief because "the value is likely to be less than the amount of the debt and ergo there is no equity” did not preclude the debtor from later challenging the existence of a deficiency in the state court foreclosure that followed.  Creditor tried to use the holding as res judicata.
