NEW LOCATION FOR MOSCOW MEETINGS OF CREDITORS
Please take note that effective January 1, 2018, meetings of creditors conducted in bankruptcy cases pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 341 will be held at the Latah County Courthouse located at 522 S. Adams, Basement Room 2B, Moscow, Idaho.  Effective January 1, 2018, meetings of creditor will no longer be held at the former federal courthouse in Moscow, Idaho.
